Georgia Tech finance graduate who started on the deal team at Pacific Lake Partners, a leading investor in search-fund acquisitions, leading major transactions in operating companies. He then co-founded Homegrown Storage, a multi-state self-storage operator that grew as fast as a facility a week, and Patchwork Labs, the voice AI built to run it.
Georgia Tech industrial engineer with a master's in computer science. Chase built the machine-learning systems behind Homegrown Storage's multi-state operation, then co-founded Patchwork Labs and shipped a human-supervised voice AI that now answers calls for hundreds of storage facilities and resolves most of them without a person.
